Century members may take advantage of select complimentary classes in our Wellness & Fitness facility! INTRO fitness classes “introduce” Century members to an array of fun and healthy classes for no additional fee. Keep an eye on the Club Calendar throughout the year which will list the rotating INTRO classes. INTRO fitness classes will range from Ayurveda to Zumba! We also offer routine fitness sessions for Century members for a reasonable fee. Wellness education classes are also complimentary for Century members unless otherwise noted. 55 minute classes. Please check the Fitness Calendars for exact class dates and times as some Intro classes rotate. Here is a sampling of what we have offered or continue to offer for Intro classes.

Reservations are required requested for all fitness and wellness classes in order to provide you with a quality experience. We understand that it is not always possible to reserve for classes in advance. Drop-Ins are always welcome on a space available basis.

Intro Yoga Flow, Tuesdays at 4:30 pm
Intro All Level Yoga, Thursdays at 9:00 am
Classic yoga moving through a deep awareness of correct alignment, precise actions and building muscle strength, balance while training the mind to remain alert, focused and composed. Class presents options for all levels addressing the needs of students who are new to yoga or those who have practiced for years.
Intro Yoga Flow and Yin Class
Thursdays, 4:30 - 5:25 pm
Class has a standing warm up then goes to the floor for 35 minutes holding poses with a focus on mindful breath.

This class will be appropriate for all levels of experience, starting with basic foundational postures and progressing gradually to more challenging practices as students gain skill and confidence.
