Fitness & She-Chi Classes
(Requires a Fee)
Mount Vernon Country Club also offers various yoga/exercise/Qi Gong classes. REQUIRES a $15 fee per class (or a 16 class session fee of $160.) It is important to know that you may take a class without being a Mount Vernon Country Club member. However, to use the equipment in the weight/exercise room you must be a Century Member. All individual classes are held in the Dance/Exercise Room in the lower level of the Recreational Building. Reservations are required for all classes. To register for a class, log into your membership account at www.mountvernoncc.com. Remember, the primary signer and spouse each have separate membership log in accounts. Click on the Fitness Calendar (to the left) and then click on the class you want for more details and to register. You can also go to Club Calendar which has all club events and register from there.

Lili Bell Shelton's Classes


50+ Core Strength Class
Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:00 - 8:55 am

A mixture of core strength and balance work; interval sports conditioning; stretching and light weights.

Tone/Strengthen Class
Fridays, 8:00 - 8:55 am

3) When registering, respond "YES' to - I agree to sign up for classes 24 hrs. in advance. If it is less than 24 hours, I will email or text the Instructor to see if there is room. In the event of bad weather or dangerous driving conditions, I will check my emails or texts from the Instructor regarding any change or cancellation of the class.

Philly Mendelson's Classes


She Chi Class
Tuesdays, 5:30 - 6:25 pm and Fridays, 9:00 - 9:55 am

She chi is a synthesis of yoga, qigong and eastern health practices, blending dynamic movement, rhythmic breathing and meditations that stimulate the chi or life force energy. Harmonize your physical, emotional and spiritual energies for greater vitality and overall well being. All levels welcome.
