Now is the time to try Platform Tennis at Mount Vernon Country Club! 

Platform tennis players are welcome in our Fireside Lounge after their play for a warm beverage, appetizer or dinner. Come as you are!

PLATFORM TENNIS is a super fun Winter activity. Classes and drills offered throughout Winter, Kids Platform too!  Whether you're a seasoned player or new to platform, this sport is a great winter activity. This game is taking off and you're invited to be part of it. Tennis players catch on quickly. Platform is played outside and is a welcome seasonal diversion from tennis. Most players agree it does not hurt our tennis games - it sharpens our reflexes and volleys, keeps us fit, forces us to play the net and off the screens and we only get one serve.

Platform, or paddle tennis, is a fast growing sport that originated in the northeast. MVCC boasts two beautiful platform courts. Non-members are welcome to participate in clinics and events. Elevate your knowledge of the game--it makes it all the more fun!  Our season runs from November 1st to April 1st.  We sell platform equipment at competitive prices.

What does a Platform Tennis Membership at Mount Vernon Country Club give you?

Access to playing on our new platform courts, opportunities to play in organized groups, participation in platform events and parties. A typical season in Colorado runs about five months. Non-platform members may only play a total of three times as a guest.  Thereafter, guests are expected to join the membership if they wish to continue.  We hope you'll join our growing program!

We sell Viking platform equipment and products. We carry all the popular paddles as well as optic yellow balls, bags, special platform gloves and mitts - all at great prices!

Private lessons with Lili can be scheduled at your convenience.
