Century members may take advantage of select complimentary classes in our Wellness & Fitness facility! Keep an eye on the Club Calendar throughout the year for some rotating classes offered
. Classes will range from Ayurveda to Zumba. Wellness education presentations are also complimentary for Century members unless otherwise noted. Most fitness classes are 55 minutes. Please check the Fitness Calendar for exact class dates and times as some classes rotate.

Reservations are requested for fitness and wellness classes in order to provide you with a quality experience. We understand that it is not always possible to reserve for classes in advance. Drop-Ins are always welcome on a space available basis.

Yoga Flow, Tuesdays AND Thursdays at 4:30 pm
Classic yoga moving through a deep awareness of correct alignment, precise actions and building muscle strength, balance while training the mind to remain alert, focused and composed. Class presents options for all levels addressing the needs of students who are new to yoga or those who have practiced for years.

This class will be appropriate for all levels of experience, starting with basic foundational postures and progressing gradually to more challenging practices as students gain skill and confidence.

Qi Gong, Wednesdays 9:00 - 9:55 am
Qi Gong literally means "Life Energy Cultivation” and is a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing, and meditation used for health, spirituality, and martial arts training. Come learn about it! Qi Gong practice typically involves moving meditation, coordinating slow flowing movement, deep rhythmic breathing, and calm meditative state of mind.
Core RX Class, Tuesdays AND Thursdays 8:00 - 8:55 am
Emphasis is on strengthening the core, toning and stretching with some cardio. Some light weights, mat pilates, bar work and stretching. Designed for men and women 45 yrs and up.
