Introducing our Wellness Pursuits Program integrating all aspects of your Club experience from farm-to-table menu ingredients, fitness classes, financial wellness support, coming full circle with all aspects of your life. Remember, Century members may take advantage of select complimentary classes in our Fitness & Wellness facility! Class offerings include: Party Zumba, Yoga, Core RX, Qi Gong, Hatha Yoga, Financial Planning, Life Coaching. INTRO fitness classes “introduce” Century members to an array of fun and healthy classes for no additional fee. Keep an eye on the Club Calendar throughout the year which will list the rotating INTRO classes. INTRO fitness classes will range from Ayurveda to Zumba! We also offer routine fitness sessions for Century members for a reasonable fee. Wellness education classes are also complimentary for Century members unless otherwise noted.

Reservations are required for all classes. To register for a class, log into your membership account at www.mountvernoncc.com. Remember, the primary signer and spouse each have separate membership log in accounts. Click on the Fitness Calendar (to the left) and then click on the class you want for more details and to register. You can also go to Club Calendar which has all club events and register from there.

Intro Spring Interval Training Class
Tuesdays, 9:00 - 9:55 am and Fridays, 8:00 - 9:00 am
Several short but high intensity timed intervals with rest are an incredibly efficient way to get fit! Bootcamp style training for sports and fitness, i.e. lunges, squats, weights, jump rope, sit ups, planks, etc.
Intro Refresh Meditation Class
Fridays, 10:00 - 10:45 am
Class begins with some gentle stretching, breath and body awareness then a 20 - 25 minute guided meditation with visualizations, music and imagery. A stress buster class! No experience necessary, 45 minutes.

Classic yoga moving through a deep awareness of correct alignment, precise actions and building muscle strength, balance while training the mind to remain alert, focused and composed. Class presents options for all levels addressing the needs of students who are new to yoga or those who have practiced for years.
Intro Mat Pilates
Wednesdays, 6:00 - 6:55 pm
Mat pilates involves performing exercises on the floor. The exercises are performed in a slow, controlled, precise manner and require an intense concentration and help strengthen the body's core by developing pelvic stability, abdominal control, using focused breathing. The main fitness goals include improved flexibility, muscle tone, body balance, spinal support, low back health and body-mind awareness.
