AQUA FIT CLASSES
Take the plunge with Cyndi, our long-time instructor, and enjoy a water workout that builds strength and boosts endurance. These fitness classes are held in the Pool. The classes are open to and complimentary for Sports and Aquatics Members ONLY. Please register for each class, space is limited.
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
9 am - 9:55 am
There are many benefits to participating in an aquatic exercise. The combination of strength and low-impact cardio workouts mixed with water resistance ensures the body is getting a full workout. An 55-minute pool workout will burn approximately 350 calories and the class a great way to build up cardio endurance.
ADULT AQUA WORKSHOPS

It's a pool party! Zumba moves in the water!
This class gives a full-body, up-tempo,

Invigorate, tone, and relax as you treat

Water aerobics, Yoga Flow and

with Guest instructors!
$30 for Members $40 for non-members.
All levels are welcome. Guests are welcome.
Pre-order a salad when registering and stay
for lunch after the mini-retreat.
ADULT LAP SWIM CHALLENGE
Open to and complimentary for Sports and Aquatics Members ONLY
Need some motivation? Challenge yourself! Keep track of your own laps in the Lap Book located in the guard station to help keep you motivated. Top participants will be acknowledged in the Club newsletter at the end of the season plus the real prize... is being in tip-top shape! Begins on Pool opening day and goes until Pool closing day.
To participate, simply log your name, date and MVCC Pool swims in the white notebook at the Guard stand after you complete your lengths.
All swims must take place at the MVCC pool and recorded the day that they occur.
To make sure that everyone is on an equal playing field, let us know if the swimmer is using fins and snorkels.
